How quickly can you send a team?
Same-day slots are usually free if you call before noon. Next-morning booking is almost always possible. Larger jobs like villa deep cleans or office contracts need a day or two to schedule the right team size.
Are your staff background-verified?
Yes. Every cleaner and technician is verified, uniformed and carries a photo ID card. For company sites, we share staff documents with your security team before the first visit.
How is the price decided?
By the size, layout and condition of the property and the service you need. All prices start from our baseline figures. You get a clear upfront estimate before any work starts - on the phone for standard jobs, or after a free site visit for larger commercial and villa work. There are no surprise charges added afterwards.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Every job ends with a supervisor walkthrough. Anything you flag is redone before the team leaves, and if you notice something within 48 hours we come back at no charge.
Do you bring your own equipment and chemicals?
Yes - machines, brushes, chemicals and consumables all come with the team. We only need access to your water supply and power points.
Do you offer annual contracts for offices and apartments?
Yes. Yearly maintenance contracts for businesses and apartment associations cost much less per visit, and you get a named supervisor for your property.
